Jardin de Aromas is owned and operated by Carole Zbindem, third generation of a coffee producing family in Corralillo of Alajuela.
Carole grows several varieties of coffee like Pacamara, Typica, Gesha, SL28, Pacamara, Maragogype, Catiguá, among others
The farm and micromill is located between two volcanoes, the Poas and the Barva volcano at the eastside of San José, in the Central Valley Coffee Region.
This coffee has a floral fragrance and aroma. Sweet and fruity flavor like brown sugar, beehoney and nuts with an orange acidity. It has a juicy and silky body.
Score according to Quality Classification of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA): 86*

We are a microentreprise owned by Costa Rican women. Our delicious, specialty coffees are grown by women in Tarrazú, Poás, Naranjo and Sabanilla in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
