Termination

If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Roblesaba Coffee, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; or (iii) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Roblesabana Coffee. Roblesabana Coffee shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Return Policy Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at info@roblesabanacoffee.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

Security for your credit card
Roblesabana Coffee does not store any sensitive card holder information. We offer our customers a secure and convenient method for making payments online using PayPal. The PayPal system uses industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private. After you select your products and click on the “Check out with PayPal” button, you will complete your payment and shipping details on the PayPal website. Once PayPal clears your payment, we will send you an email confirming your purchase.

Please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use our web shop. You may pay with your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. Of course, if you have a registered PayPal account you may choose this for the purchase method without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, however, which means that you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether you want to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.
